Jarvis Receives A Special Visit

This week the Jarvis Club had the privilege of having Mrs. Miriam Porterfield visit on Wednesday, January 11th. Mrs. Miriam resides at Cypress Glen Retirement Community in Greenville, and is a huge supporter of the Jarvis Club. She requested a visit to the club to see how things operate and to meet the children. Mrs. Porterfield was escorted to the Club by Boys & Girls Club of Pitt County’s Director of Development Mrs. Jody Chaffee and one of our Board of Directors, Mr. Steve Stephenson. We loved having Mrs. Porterfield visit and hope she comes back again soon!
